Mrs Chung-Penney is a professional cookery teacher specialising in Oriental cuisine who has taught many students at the local college for over 5 years. She has experience cooking in a restaurant and is happy to offer day courses to her guests who can learn the art of oriental cookery and then dine on the results - see COURSES. Having lived in this country for over 25 years, she is familiar with the conventional English diet and tastes. She grows as many herbs and vegetables as possible herself and also tries to source all meat, fish and other foods from local suppliers.
South View is the property where we grow and produce some of the ingredients we use in our cookery courses. Course attendees will be able to visit our greenhouses, livestock etc as part of the curriculum.
